Mackenzie Bauer, NP

Founder & Nurse Practitioner

Mackenzie Bauer is the founder of Clover Health & Wellness and a nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and inclusive care. She believes that the best healthcare comes from building genuine relationships with patients, taking time to listen, and addressing both physical and mental well-being with both medical and alternative therapies.

Mackenzie created Clover Health & Wellness to offer a welcoming environment where patients feel respected, heard, and empowered to take an active role in their health. Her goal is to deliver comprehensive, non-judgmental care that helps every patient achieve lasting wellness.

Her clinical interests include primary care in adults, menopause and hormone therapy, ADHD management, and supporting patients through complex or chronic health concerns. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Mackenzie is committed to helping patients navigate hormonal changes with confidence and individualized treatment options.

Outside the clinic, Mackenzie enjoys spending time in nature, exploring the outdoors, fishing, and making memories with family and friends. She is also passionate about lifelong learning and is always eager to expand her knowledge—whether through advances in healthcare or discovering a new topic that sparks her curiosity.
