Primary Care at Clover
What We Offer
It can be difficult to access primary care services in Saskatchewan, especially if you have multiple medical conditions. Our approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Preventative and educative healthcare is essential for a wellbeing. We believe patients deserve healthcare providers who listen carefully, explain treatment options clearly, and empower them to make informed decisions about their health. Every appointment is an opportunity to build a lasting therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and open communication.
Nurse Practitioner Care
At Clover Health & Wellness, our nurse practitioners provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Nurse practitioners are independent primary care providers who can assess, diagnose, and treat medical conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging, perform minor medical procedures, and refer patients to specialists when needed. In Saskatchewan, patients receive ongoing primary care from either a nurse practitioner or family physician, not both.
Please note that Mackenzie Bauer is not currently accepting patients. This will be re-evaluated in November 2026. We are proud to announce that in November, more nurse practitioners will begin taking patients.
Long-Term Support
Our focus is on building lasting relationships through compassionate, evidence-based care that supports your health at every stage of life. Whether you are seeking preventive care, treatment for an acute illness, management of chronic disease, or mental health support, we are committed to partnering with you every step of the way.
